Requests & Agreements

Displayed prices are starting prices for each service's basic scope, not final invoices. Work begins after requirements, deliverables, final price, payment method, delivery date and revision count have been agreed in writing via Telegram. The website does not process payments or place orders automatically.

Scope & Revisions

The base price includes one revision round within the request's scope unless the quotation states otherwise. Adding pages, content or features after agreement requires a separate quotation, cost and timeline approved by the client.

Content & Rights

The client must have the right to use the files, images and data they provide. Source files, usage rights or ownership transfer, and permission to display the work in our portfolio are specified in writing when agreeing on the project. We do not publish client work or data without permission.

Academic Projects

We provide design, formatting and digital products using client-supplied content for work permitted by university rules. We do not provide teaching, training or live instruction. We do not supply completed exams, assignments or assessed projects to be submitted as the student's own work.

Delivery & Third Parties

Deliverables are digital and provided by the agreed method via Telegram or a download link. Paid hosting, domains and external services are not included in the base price unless the quotation states otherwise. Any applicable charges or statutory taxes are disclosed before payment.

What We Collect & Why

There are no customer accounts, and request forms do not send data to a server on this website. Form details and request messages remain in your browser. A summary of product or Atheer selections is temporarily stored in the browser session to transfer it to the request form; if storage is unavailable, it may be carried in the local URL fragment after #, without being sent as part of the page request. The comparison list, language preference and Atheer animation preference are stored locally and can be removed by clearing this website's browser data. Opening Telegram does not transfer form details: you copy, paste and send the message yourself. Clipboard copying occurs only when you press the copy button. The current version does not use marketing analytics or our own cookies. When you contact us via Telegram, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your display name, username, message content and request files needed to estimate and deliver the work and provide customer service.

Learning Progress & Project Files

The ATHAR Academy module stores progress and notes in your browser; these can be cleared within the module. Encrypted project-tracking files are opened locally with a password without upload to a server. They display the latest version shared by the team, without automatic synchronization. The feedback form prepares a message for you to send yourself; permission to publish is optional. Encrypting the tracking file does not change permissions on external delivery links.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, deliver the agreed work, handle feedback and meet statutory obligations, not for advertising or selling data. We request only what is necessary and recommend that you do not send passwords or sensitive financial or medical information through chat. If sensitive data is needed, we first agree on a suitable method for handling and transferring it.

External Services

Opening our Telegram account is also subject to Telegram's terms and privacy policy. Display fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the hosting platform may process connection requests and technical data, such as IP addresses, to protect and operate the website. If a project requires sharing its content with an AI tool or external provider, we explain this and request your consent before sending any nonpublic or personal content.

Retention & Rights

We retain information only to the extent and for the period necessary to deliver the request and settle rights and statutory obligations. We then delete copies under our control when the purpose no longer applies, in accordance with applicable requirements. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data where permitted by law via Telegram ↗. You can also review the policies of any external services you choose to use.

Before Work Begins

You may request cancellation via Telegram. We review the order status, payments and agreed expenses and apply the relevant statutory rights. We do not impose a blanket condition denying refund rights protected by law.

After Work Begins

We review the work completed, the benefit received by the client and the nature of the customized service in accordance with the agreement and applicable law. Any amounts due or refundable are explained before cancellation is settled. New requests outside the scope are quoted separately and do not constitute a defect in earlier work.

Statutory Rights & Delays

The provisions of the Saudi E-Commerce Law apply, including the right to terminate within seven days in cases where the service has not been used, subject to statutory exceptions, and rights associated with delays in providing the service exceeding fifteen days under the conditions of the law. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
